SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

In an effort to provide prompt and efficient procession of orders within 2 business days - Orders cannot be changed, cancelled or updated once the order has been placed. We will make every attempt to notify you should any unexpected delays arise.

We make every effort to get your orders processed and shipped quickly. 2-Day Express and Overnight Express orders will need to be placed by 10:00 AM Est for quickest delivery. Orders that are received after 10:00 AM EST will be processed next business day (EXPRESS ORDERS DO NOT TRANSIT ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.) Express shipping charges cannot be refunded after the order has already shipped. Orders are processed Monday through Friday with the exception of the following observances:

December 23, 2024 through January 1st, 2025

  • Engel Coolers offers free Best Way shipping on qualified orders.
  • Valid on orders subtotaling $99 after discounts are applied.
  • Valid for lower 48, contiguous states, and some APO/FPO addresses (some restrictions may apply)
  • Not valid for MT60, MT60 Combi and MT80 AC/DC Portable Fridge Freezer purchases as these ship via freight.
  • Not valid for ENG165, ENG240, and ENG320 purchases as these are oversized and may ship via freight.
  • Valid on online orders only. Orders placed over the phone are not eligible.
  • Certain orders will require signatures at the time of delivery at our discretion.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed as Engel Coolers is not responsible for carrier, weather or any other unforeseen delays.
  • Orders may be shipped in multi-piece shipments or from 3rd party warehouses.


REFUSED DELIVERIES

If an item has shipped and delivery is refused by the customer, the refund will be less all shipping charges to and from the customer.

MISSING OR STOLEN DELIVERIES

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is missing, Engel will begin an investigation with the carrier. This may take up to 10 business days to complete. If the carrier can provide evidence of a delivery, such as a photo, it is assumed that the package was stolen. Please note that Engel is not responsible for stolen packages, and such incidents should be claimed through the customer's insurance. However, Engel will replace any packages that are confirmed lost or missing.

UNDELIVERABLE

The carrier will attempt multiple deliveries to deliver your order to the provided address. If undeliverable and returned to sender, the refund will be processed for the amount of the order less all actual shipping charges.

We want you to be happy. If you purchased your Engel product directly from Engel Coolers, and for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days from your original purchase date, subject to a few conditions:


Engel Cooler's return policy applies to the product purchased from www.engelcoolers.com ONLY. All product purchased from a dealer or 3rd party, follows their respective return policies. Do not return items directly to Engel Coolers.

Opened, but Unused and in the Original Box
If you have not used your product, and it’s still in the original box, please contact Engel Coolers for an RMA number below. Shipments received without an RMA number may take longer to process. We will credit you upon receipt and inspection of your product. Shipping fees incurred returning the item are your responsibility, we recommend that you retain your tracking information. Please allow up to 14 business days for your credit to be processed.

Opened, Used but Undamaged and in the Original Box
If you have used your product, and it’s undamaged, and still in the original box, please contact Engel Coolers for an RMA number below. Shipments received without RMA numbers may take longer to process. We will credit you upon receipt and inspection of your product less a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees incurred returning the item are your responsibility. Please allow up to 14 business days for your credit to be processed.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
It is your responsibility to notify Engel Coolers of any damage to the product within 2 days of receipt. After this period, Engel is no longer responsible for shipping damage. Engel will either ship replacement parts with repair instructions or replace the entire unit at our discretion.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Engel Coolers is not responsible for duties and taxes on international orders. All international orders are final. All returns will incur return shipping charges, outbound shipping charges and/or restocking fees. We do not provide return shipping labels or call tags.

AMAZON ORDERS
Amazon orders must follow the Amazon returns process. We are unable to provide call tags or shipping labels. We are also unable to process returns outside of the Amazon system.

MT60, MT60 Combi and MT80 AC/DC Portable Fridge Freezer & ENG165, ENG240, and ENG320 Hard Coolers

The following items do NOT fall under our standard return policy: MT60, MT60-Combi, MT80, ENG165, ENG240, ENG320.
Returns of these items will include a non-refundable return shipping charge at our carrier cost price and a 10% processing fee. 

The following items do NOT fall under our standard return policy: MT35, MT45, MR040, MT45 Combi.
Returns of these items will include a non-refundable return shipping charge of $150 and a 10% processing fee.

Once the product ships, the fees will be applied and you are no longer able to cancel your order without incurring the fees. Any completed service is also non-refundable. All products must be returned in good condition, with all paperwork, parts, and accessories, or an additional 10% charge may be incurred. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
