"So I’m not sure if I ordered the wrong lid but I had to return it. It was $25 $23 shipping for a total of $50. I sent the lid back to get the right one. I got a $21 credit so if I buy my new lid, it’s gonna cost me $70 for that lid when I could buy a new cooler for $70. So now I have to make the decision is it worth $70 for a lid?"

"Hi I love your product ive had my cooler for several years now and I absolutely love it. Unfortunately for me though when I purchased the new hinges I accidentally miss read the address information and it was delivered to the wrong location but thats on me. Ill just repurchase the hinges another day and make sure to put the correct address this time lol. Thank you again for a great product!!"

"Surprisingly the plastic hinges have held up well, given i primarily use my bait cooler for ice fishing. Cold weather is hard on gear. If I could say one thing to Engel it would be to keep a better stock of the stainless hinges as replacements. When I went to replace my broken plastic hinges with stainless, they only had 1 in inventory. For a hinge that is a universal fit for so many of their products you'd think they'd have a better stock."
