Engel, the original high-performance roto-molded cooler was built for toughness and durability. With a full 2 inches of closed-cell foam insulation in the lid, on the sides, and the bottom, helping to retain cold and ice for up to 10 days.

"Bought a blue and a pink Engel 35. We already own an Engel 123, so we already knew the quality is great. One of them came with rubber latches and the other with metal latches. I'll say that I'm not much of a fan of the metal latches, but they work fine."

First "high end" cooler!

"I purchased this cooler mainly because out of the brands I've researched this one was the only brand that I found that had a sale going on during black friday and cyber week. Also because I needed a dependable cooler for an upcoming trip down to Florida. Honestly it didn't get much use during the trip but upon the night prior to me heading back home I filled it with 20+ pounds of ice and stuffed it with a decent amount of venison that my friend gave me to take home. Needless to say this cooler performed flawlessly on the 11+ hour roadtrip back from Florida to my home in Mississippi. Upon my return I checked the condition of the meat and it was all frozen solid. Removed all the venison from the cooler and just left the ice there in the cooler just to see how long it would keep the ice. It kept the ice for many days afterwards without much melting. Even when I went to finally empty the cooler it still had a nice solid chunk of ice floating in it. I'll be an engel customer for life because nothing beats an original."
