Reminiscent of Engel’s groundbreaking introduction of the first rotomolded cooler well over a decade ago, the Jupiter, FL-based company is proud to announce the all-new USB rechargeable Bubbler pump that is certain to “change the game” for live bait fisherman everywhere.
Engel designers re-envisioned the live bait aerator pump and have developed an all-new design that represents significant improvements in performance and reliability across a broad spectrum of usage environments.
Forgotten are the bulky D-Cell batteries that die quickly…especially in sub-zero temperatures. Gone are bulky power adapters and glitchy pump motors. Reimagined are the guts of a new tool built to endure all the challenges that today’s anglers bring to bear – long days, corrosive salt water, frigid temperatures, oppressive heat, and lots and lots of moisture. Engel aims to make the dead pump=dead bait equation a memory we will soon forget.
The Engel Bubbler is packed full of new features. Two internal state-of-the-art electromagnetic pumps with rubber bladders to generate the airflow. There are no rotating parts, gears, or cogs… and therefore nearly nothing to seize or break. All hardware and screws are marine-grade stainless steel. The bubbler features an internal gasket for ultimate protection of the battery and circuit board compartment. The back of the pump has 4 rubber feet to absorb any vibration and is possibly the quietest bubbler on the market. The pump runs on a high-capacity Lithium-ion rechargeable battery with a ~36-hour life. Battery run-time can be further enhanced by utilizing the intermittent feature, allowing for cycles of 10 seconds of airflow and 10 seconds of standby. Easy to charge or run from wall power with an industry-standard USB-C port, protected from the elements by a watertight seal. (USB charger and cable are included!) The pump is variable speed and one of the four settings is sure to be ideal for any bait type/situation, The large rear clip fits most bait buckets and lives bait coolers on the market, not just the immensely popular Engel models. To complete the bundle, we have included a 42” silicone hose with a large, weighted cylinder-shaped aerator stone.

"The aerator is nice and quiet. The battery lasts for days on low and cycling when used with my medium sized bait bucket. I just hope it doesn’t have a rubber diaphragm that wears out and cracks like my old pump. But so far great air pump."
"The rest of my order was terrible, but I have to say this is a very good quality battery aerator. Battery life is very long, and the loss of power detection makes this a great backup for aquarium hobbyist in the event of a power outage. Their management lacks accountability to the highest degree though, so pray they get your order right, otherwise you’ll have your mind blown that some of these people working there even have jobs to begin with"
