ENGEL’S HASSLE-FREE 30-DAY RETURN POLICY (engelcoolers.com)

We want you to be happy. If you purchased your Engel product directly from Engel Coolers, and for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days from your original purchase date, subject to a few conditions:

Engel Cooler's return policy applies to the product purchased from www.engelcoolers.com ONLY. All product purchased from a dealer or 3rd party, follows their respective return policies. Do not return items directly to Engel Coolers.

Opened, but Unused and in the Original Box
If you have not used your product, and it’s still in the original box, please contact Engel Coolers for an RMA number below. Shipments received without an RMA number may take longer to process. We will credit you upon receipt and inspection of your product. Shipping fees incurred returning the item are your responsibility, we recommend that you retain your tracking information. Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit to be processed.

Opened, Used but Undamaged and in the Original Box
If you have used your product, and it’s undamaged, and still in the original box, please contact Engel Coolers for an RMA number below. Shipments received without RMA numbers may take longer to process. We will credit you upon receipt and inspection of your product less a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees incurred returning the item are your responsibility. Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit to be processed.
