"I recently purchased Engel 123 and 80 qt. High Performance Hard Cooler and Ice Box. I already have the 320 and 240 for my Charter Fishing Business. It is imperative that my customers fish get cold and stay cold until the trip is over rather it be a day trip or multiple days in the Bahamas. Our charter business and outfitter business uses Engle coolers because they are durable and work. Their performance is exceptional and the folks at Engel are great to work with and will help with anything you need from advice to parts. (occasionally a latch or screw needs replacing )."

Laches inferior
"I have 3 Engel Coolers for my food truck businesses and on two of them had the latches break after 3-5 years. Have reached out to Engel and waiting for a reply. Tried submitting a warranty claim but needing proof of purchase after this long I can't provide. I live in Canada and these are hard to find and expensive when you do and already replaced one set on Amazon but now they don't carry them anymore. I see Engel has upgraded to stainless steel latches but still sell their coolers with the rubber ones. I'm hoping Engel customer service will help me and will update on this situation. Cheers!"

Feet fall off!
"In my first use of this cooler, I was pulling it off my raft at takeout and noticed little bits of foam in the boat and water around the boat. Turns out a couple of the “cornerstone feet” had fallen off. First use!! Engel didn’t even bother to glue them on at the very least. Now we have polluted the waters with poor design."

"I have not got the opportunity to use the cooler. I settled on two 123qt coolers because the 240qt were out of stock. (highly disappointed 😞) I currently use the 65,35,30,19,13,7. 5 coolers,dry boxes and bait boxes. I'm more than satisfied with all of them. Im sure I will like the 123 as well, even though I wanted the 240qt"
