"I precooled the cooler for two days with 6 frozen 1 gal milk jugs. . we then put in 2 cases of cooled to temp beverages and 25lbs of ice. Day and 1/2 latter we had to get more ice and it was also in an air conditioned camper. Plus I had put two of the 5lb ice packs in the bottom before putting in the beverages. I must say I am very disappointed after everything I had read and heard about these coolers."

"I am happy with the cooler purchase. The advertising for the ice packs is deceiving. I would have NEVER ordered them if I knew it was only 1 ice pack. All the photos and descriptions make you believe you are getting 2 ice packs each. I emailed the company and they were not even apologetic. They said a return was my expense. So-I paid $50 for 2 ice packs. Unacceptable!"
