Tongs and customer service
"I saw the tongs in the web page … and thought they would be perfect as they were scissor action…unfortunately the postage would have doubled the price of the tongs … I emailed customer service who within an hour responded …with a solution to the shipping cost… this is outstanding .. when I received the tongs they indeed lived up to the expectation… a fantastic company that sells great products.. and USA made"
