"I bought 2 different sizes and they were both too big for my needs. I wanted to return them as they are unused. But they require you to pay for shipping. For the smaller one it was over $120 so now have to sell on marketplace."

Get the same heavy-duty HD20 for less. Every refurbished unit is inspected and tested so it performs like new. It may have minor cosmetic marks from its first life, but the welded seams, zipper, and insulation are all checked.
Most soft coolers are sewn. The HD20 is fully welded. Welded seams keep warm air out and water in, so your ice lasts longer and nothing leaks. An independent review found it kept drinks cold for 3.5 days.
The outer shell is 840 denier fabric built for strength and abrasion resistance. The front and back panels are laminated with TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) film for added puncture resistance. Closed-cell foam insulation blocks airflow and holds temperature.
The welded zipper is waterproof and air resistant. Keep it lubricated so it seals and opens smoothly.

"Accessing the contents is a chore. An unfair one at that. You basically need one person to pry the opening apart while the second person loads the cooler. It would be a better design to have the zipper unzip the top (3 sides are zipped and on is hinged). Does the zipper need to resist water so much? To me that seems unnecessary. Bottom Line: avoid as the cooler fights you"

"Got the HD20 Engel Cooler as a Christmas gift. Zipper is so tight my 10 year old kids can’t use it, and opening is super small. Tried to do an exchange and company would not honor it. Cooler is new, unused, and with tags in Engel box. Hopefully you don’t get this as a gift or you’re stuck with it."

"3 days cold? Not close. Bought a large ice pack for it too. Made a trip to Key West. Ice totally gone next day. Super disappointed. I have 2 hard coolers on my boats and they are great. This one is a loser"
It has been a great journey!
"The soft cooler has been a very great success. We have made a journey with our soft cooler. It has been Swimming, hiking, canoeing, camping, boating, and family/friend gatherings. After four years, the zipper finally gave up, the rubber seal is flaking off. The soft cooler is still holding a vacuum. I’m disappointing in the zipper I would like to have this cooler for another 2 to 3 years."
