Replacement Lid For Faulty Original

"I own a 19qt bait cooler and the lid cracked on both sides of the handle. Lame! So I ordered a new lid as purchasing a different bait cooler is quite an expensive decision to make. I added SS hinges and a rechargeable aerator to my order. Love both of these items. As for the lid, they sent me the wrong one, so then I had to take that to a FedEx store before the right lid could be shipped. I unhappily did this right away and then waited DAYS longer to receive tracking for the correct lid, only after having to ask for it. Customer service is terrible nowadays…this lid is a replacement for a faulty one…sent wrong one…Engel messed up and I had to spend extra time time and money in order to finally receive correct item over three weeks after ordering."
