"Two issues. Only one is Engel’s fault. The straps on this LARGE cooler aren’t designed for larger framer people (Male/6’0/230lbs). The padded section is too short, which makes the sternum strap useless. The weight of the cooler pulls the straps apart, putting pressure on shoulders that can’t be redistributed with sternum strap. Also, this cooler is huge. I think too big for a backpack. Combined with the ill fitting shoulder straps, and I’m returning it."

"When I first unboxed the backpack cooler, I was intimidated by the size but it is so lightweight even when filled with drinks, food, and ice. After a day in the boat and an overnight in the backyard, there was still ice in the cooler the next morning. Highly recommend."
"This is a well designed backpack cooler. The straps are quickly adjustable and pretty robust. It hold a lot more than I expected too. It will easily hold a whole 12 pack of bottles, plus 7-10lbs of ice (distributed) and some snacks. I haven't figured out our well it keeps things cold yet. Since the dry bag portion is black, I imagine it will struggle to keep cool in the direct sun."

"Good bag but top seams leaking. When rolled up and stored upright it keeps ice and drinks/food cold. I use mine as a lunch bag/moto bag and it's great when all rolled up. The only thing I can say I have a slight issue with is how the seams up top leak if I put in on its back flat on my motorcycle. Water sealant might work best so I'm going to ask support what brand they recommend using for the material it'sade from"
